RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

  • Trail poles, under the responsibility of the participant.

  • Warm jacket or windbreaker, in case of injury and/or abandonment.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

  • A reserve of water or a bottle, with at least 0.5 liter of water.

  • Mobile phone, with the emergency and organization number, with the battery charged.

  • A cup. No containers will be available at the aid stations.

  • A solid food supply.

  • Blanket.

  • Whistle.

  • Cap, hat or headband.
