MISSIONS

BEFORE DEPARTURES
​​

Mission 1: Welcoming participants

a friendly moment

Your mission will be to welcome the participants around a pastry and a hot drink.

​

Mission 2: Delivery of bibs and prizes

be the 1st interlocutor of Traileures

Your mission will be to welcome the participants to give them their bib, along with their chip and their race prize.

​

 
ON THE COURSE
​​

Mission 3: Commissioner position

to be in contact with the participants and encourage them in their performance

Throughout the course, your mission will be to guide and secure the trail runners as they pass.

For this position, you must have a driver's license.

​

Mission 4: Signalman Post

For nature lovers

Posted on a specific and strategic point in the middle of nature, you will be at the heart of the race and your support will undoubtedly help all participants.

Your mission will be, in addition to that of flagman, to control the passage times of the runners.

​

Mission 5: Refueling station and water point

help participants recharge their batteries

During the race, the competitors have the opportunity to eat several times at the refueling stations.

Your mission will be to permanently supply the different stands with drinks and food present on site.

AT THE ARRIVAL
​​

Mission 6 : Installation and uninstallation of the arrival area

Your mission will be to set up all the equipment and logistics for the arrival of the participants.

​

Mission 7: Delivery of lot finisher

be the first to congratulate the participants

Once the finish line is crossed, each athlete  will have to give you their electronic chip in exchange for their finisher prize.

Position mainly held by children.

from 2 p.m.

Marking of the different routes with the managers of the areas concerned.

SATURDAY

Mission 0 - End of course marking
from 9:00 a.m.

Marking of the different routes with the managers of the areas concerned.

Mission 1 - Dispatching foodstuffs for the various supplies
from 10:00 a.m.

At the event village.

 

Mission 2 - Preparation of the arrival area
from 2 p.m.

Setting up the various stands (bib withdrawal areas, arrival supply, arrival area, etc.).

​

Mission 3 - Delivery of bibs
from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Welcome of the participant to give him his bib, his chip and his participant prize.

SUNDAY
​​

Mission 1 - Welcoming volunteers
from 6:00 a.m.

Arrival of the first volunteers, welcome them with a smile by offering them a coffee and a pastry.

Mission 1 - Welcome Participants (for the Maxi'TDA)

Arrival of the first participants for the Maxi'TDA.

Guide and inform participants for registration and the withdrawal of their bib

Mission 2 - Delivery of bibs (not for the Maxi'TDA)
from 6.15 a.m.

Welcome of the participant to give him his bib, his chip and his participant prize.

Mission 3 - Post of Commissioner
from 6:30 a.m.

Pre-race briefing.
Installation on the course, in order to start informing motorists and passers-by, before the arrival of the runners.

During the race, orientation of the participants.

​

Mission 4 - Signalman Post
from 6:30 a.m.

Pre-race briefing.
Installation on the course, and control of the correct installation of the signage, before the arrival of the runners.

During the race, orientation of the participants.

​

Mission 5 - Refueling station and/or water point

from 6:30 a.m.

Loading the truck at the stadium.
Setting up the refreshment point on the course.

Supply of liquid and solid food on the refueling.

​

Mission 8 - Prize giving and/or finisher prize
from 10:30 a.m.

For the finisher prize, delivery of the prize when the participant crosses the finish line in exchange for his chip.

For the awarding of prizes, preparation of prizes and organization of the award at the scheduled times.

​

Mission 7 - Uninstallation of the arrival area
from 6 p.m.

Dismantling of the various stands (bib collection areas, arrival supply, arrival area, etc.).

​

MONDAY
​​

Mission 0 - Return of loaned or rented equipment
from 9:00 a.m.

Vehicle journeys between the event village and the provider's location.
